New Members Series: Processing Politics

In today’s world, politics touches nearly every aspect of our lives. As we witness marginalized groups become increasingly scapegoated by authoritarian populists and societal fragmentation deepen around us, the lines between the personal and political become ever more blurry and difficult to hold. One thing we know for sure is that we will only get through this moment by building resilience together, which is why the Forum has launched "Processing Politics," a new series co-facilitated by Sarah Crowell and Evan Yoshimoto.

What to expect:

Each session will include a blend of mindfulness practices, somatic exercises, and guided reflections to help participants navigate and process complex emotions surrounding current political events. Together, we will explore how to engage with politics in a way that fosters understanding, connection, and emotional well-being.

Session dates (all sessions take place 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM PT / 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM ET / 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM CET)
